CLIENT PARTNER – RETAIL SECTOR

Location: 3 days per week in Central London (remaining time on client sites)
We are looking for an experienced Client Partner to join our team and take on the responsibility of managing and growing a prestigious retail sector account. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-profile retail client, focusing on expanding and farming the existing business while building strong relationships and driving impactful transformations.
As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities within the retail account, ensuring the continued success and delivery of innovative solutions in areas such as AI, cloud infrastructure, and Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles, delivering high-value solutions that help the client navigate their digital transformation journey.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a Client Partner or similar role, ideally within the retail or consumer sector.
  • Track record of successfully selling solutions in the £5M to £50M+ range.
  • Strong experience in managing relationships with senior leaders (C-level executives) and driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of key technologies like AI, cloud infrastructure, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand a high-profile retail account, focusing on farming and growing the existing business.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Identify and sell high-value solutions (ranging from £5M to £50M+) that drive innovation and transformation for the client.
  • Lead the sales cycle for large, complex deals, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
