This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Product Manager in the United States. As a Client Product Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between sales, brokers, and enterprise clients to drive adoption and optimization of group insurance products. You will leverage your expertise in Disability, Absence, and State Paid Leave to provide consultative guidance, lead customer training, and support complex claims resolution. The role combines strategic product insight with hands-on client engagement, ensuring customers experience seamless, compliant, and effective insurance solutions. You will influence product value propositions, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Travel is required to support customer engagements and peak sales activities, offering the chance to interact directly with clients and brokers across diverse markets. Accountabilities · Deliver external presentations, finalist meetings, training sessions, and system demonstrations for insurance products, ensuring clients and brokers understand capabilities and benefits. · Conduct absence policy reviews and provide consultative advice on process or plan changes. · Partner with product teams to shape value propositions, marketing materials, and presentations that highlight product differentiators. · Facilitate timely resolution of systemic claims issues, collaborating with internal partners to improve processes and client outcomes. · Act as a subject matter expert on group insurance initiatives, driving enhancements in customer experience and operational efficiency. · Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, clients, and internal business partners to support sales and client retention goals. · 5+ years of experience in Group Insurance; Disability and Absence claims experience preferred. · Proven experience working with brokers and consultants in an external-facing capacity. · Thorough knowledge of Group Insurance product offerings including Disability, Absence, State Paid Leave, ADA, Life, and Supplemental Health services. · Strong understanding of industry practices, competitive landscape, and regulatory compliance. · Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively. · Demonstrated consultative approach with strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios. · Expertise in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. · Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills. · Ability to work virtually or in proximity to client sites, with travel requirements up to 50% during peak periods. · Market-competitive salary: $107,300 – $166,400 (varies by location, experience, and skills). · Annual bonus potential based on individual and organizational performance. · Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. · Paid Time Off (PTO) and leave options, including parental and military leave. · 401(k) plan with company match (up to 4%) and a company-funded pension plan. · Wellness programs with reimbursement for personal wellbeing expenses. · Education benefits for traditional college degrees and accredited certificate programs. · Employee Stock Purchase Plan with discounted shares. · Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.
