JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Project Coordinator to manage the successful execution of small to medium-sized projects for existing clients. This role is pivotal in the Inside Sales process, ensuring that once a client approves a quote for services, the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the client’s complete satisfaction. The coordinator will manage a dedicated “Inside Sale Project” list within ClickUp, where each approved quote becomes a milestone. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from task creation and sprint coordination to quality assurance and final project closeout.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, account management, or client success
