OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Client Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, handling communication across email, phone, and text. You’ll ensure that client needs are addressed quickly and effectively by delegating tasks to our internal team, and when possible, troubleshooting issues directly.implementation from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills and comfort with tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Trello are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in digital marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with client-facing interactions
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Trello
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Self-motivated and reliable
Responsibilities
