Where People Lead and Tech Empowers. Responsibilities Determine and define project scope and objectives and track project costs to meet budget. Submit project deliverables, prepare status reports, and establish effective project communication plans. Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans for multiple technologies and topics. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Anticipate and manage resources needed to reach objectives. Regularly supply project updates, reports, and dashboards about strategy, plans, and progress for stakeholders and clients. Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout execution of the project. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field is required. At least 3 – 5 years of project management and related experience are required. Flexible work hours are required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Agile project management knowledge are advantages. Professional fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Strong familiarity is required with technology, learning management systems, and project management software, methodologies, and best practices. Proven experience seeing projects through their full life cycle is required. Organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required. Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate. A valid and up to date National Identity Card/NIMC slip is required upon commencement of this role.
