JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Reallocation Specialist to support our Mergers & Acquisitions Manager in revolutionizing the internal client reallocation process at Eight Wealth Management. This critical role will focus on managing client transitions, supporting our advisers, and ensuring seamless processes for client reallocations and repatriations.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to analyse and organize large datasets, identify patterns, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Process Development: Demonstrated experience in driving, improving, and managing processes from start to finish.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Monday.com, or My Practice is a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end client reallocation process, from initial identification through due diligence to transfer completion.
  • Oversee the Client Repatriation process, including client transfers between the UK and Asia businesses
  • Conduct due diligence, coordinating with internal and external advisers to evaluate legal and financial aspects.
  • Provide advisers with data insights and reports on client metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage key information exchange, including loan requests and legal paperwork
  • Assist the Acquisition Manager with ad hoc requests and projects as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with Advisers
