Description

Solid experience in customer success, account management, client-facing service management, or similar roles.
Experience working in managed IT services, technology solutions, enterprise software, or a related B2B technology environment.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage complex accounts and multiple senior stakeholders.
Experience driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion across enterprise clients.
Experience of ITSM frameworks, service KPIs, and cross-functional delivery environments.
Able to manage escalations, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and coordinate effectively across internal teams.
Relevant certifications such as CCSM, CSM Practitioner, ITIL, or account management qualifications would be advantageous.
