Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

To support our expanding operations, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team player who can help us streamline processes, maintain compliance, and support our property teams. You’ll be at the core of our day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from lease paperwork to vendor coordination and reporting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist with developing, implementing, and tracking policies and procedures.
  • Support tenant onboarding and offboarding, including collecting documents and ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Help ensure property and unit setups are accurate and audit files for quality and compliance.
  • Draft reports, legal notices, and meeting documentation using your excellent PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • Create and manage vendor RFPs, compare proposals, and track service delivery timelines.
  • Support financial tasks like reviewing budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in organizing meetings, training, and process improvements.
  • Handle tenant queries in coordination with property management, ensuring the highest level of service.
