Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) Location: Hybrid (US) Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Client Services / Finance Reports To: Client Services Manager Position Summary Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Client Relations & Billing Manager to oversee both client relationship management and billing functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Key Responsibilities Client Relations Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Address client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Coordinate with account management teams to ensure client needs are met. Billing Management Oversee the billing cycle for clients, ensuring accurate invoices and timely processing. Work closely with finance to ensure all charges are appropriately reflected and reconciled. Manage billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and support the billing and client relations teams. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve service delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in client relations or billing management. Strong knowledge of billing and invoicing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and billing software. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the defense, government contracting, or commercial services industry. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems. Core Competencies Client-Centric: Ability to manage client relationships with a focus on service excellence. Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team. Analytical: Ability to analyze billing data and resolve discrepancies. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). Occasional travel may be required.
