Description
Responsibilities: * Drive project implementation with a focus on developing and executing online clienteling initiatives and enhancing the omni-channel customer experience * Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks to monitor, evaluate, and enhance project effectiveness * Coordinate with regional teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new online communication tools * Handle ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: * Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills * Flexible and open-minded to keep abreast of change * High attention to detail and accuracy * Proactive in seeking guidance and contributing fresh ideas * Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) * Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Korean, Japanese) is an advantage A creator, artisan and seller of high-quality objects since 1837, Hermès is an independent, family-owned French house that employs nearly 25,185 people worldwide.
