CLIENT RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Reports to: Director of Client Relations
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Status: 90-Day Contract to Start, with Potential for Full-Time + Benefits

OVERVIEW:

Craft & Communicate is seeking a highly organized, client-centric Client Relations Coordinator to support our Director of Client Relations and serve as a key liaison between our internal teams and clients. This person will be responsible for processing client requests, ensuring clear and timely communication, and managing select client accounts with precision and care. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, a meticulous quality checker, and a proactive problem solver.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–4 years experience in a client-facing role, ideally within an agency or marketing setting
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail—especially in reviewing written content, designs, and reports
  • Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple accounts and priorities at once
  • Friendly, responsive, and confident in client communications
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, and other cloud-based tools preferred
