The Client Relations Coordinator is an essential team member who supports the Client Relations Group’s programmatic approach to servicing and growing strategic client relationships through Client and Pursuit Teams. The Coordinator supports Firm efforts focused on client interaction opportunities (such as events, meetings, and client entertainment) and brand visibility and ensures exemplary service in all aspects of the client experience, both internally and externally.

  • Maintains action plans for client teams, tracking activities and progress against goals. Monitors action items and upcoming deadlines, helping Client Relations team members efficiently execute on team goals.
  • Provides support for client events, including drafting invitations, tracking client outreach and RSVPs, attending events and providing day-of support and assisting with post-event summaries and follow-up.
  • Supports Client Relations Manager in developing agendas and presentation decks for internal Client Team meetings with partners.
  • Coordinates event sponsorships, including securing internal budget approval of expenses, coordinating with Creative Services to create collateral and submitting invoices for payment.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date client and contact information within the firm’s CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and consistency:
  • Tracks client engagements, business development activities, and key touchpoints to support relationship management.
  • Leverages Salesforce to generate reports and dashboards that provide firm-wide awareness of client interactions and opportunities.
  • Creates first drafts of communications and internal reporting on client relationships
