POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Client Relations Manager, the Client Relations Coordinator/Receptionist is responsible for assisting clients with questions and concerns, shipping wine and handling all returns.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent client relations skills: ability to create and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Self-directed with high personal quality expectations, as well as a solid team player
  • Exceptional problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
  • Expertise using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • An interest or prior knowledge in wine is a plus but is not required to start!

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

    • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner


      • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails


        • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages


          • Coordinate customer pick-up orders


            • Ensure all client concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner


              • Schedule wine shipments, ensuring weather safety throughout the travel path


                • Coordinate between the Sales Department and the Warehouse Team


                  • Process physical returns


                    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domestic shipping regulations


                      • Notify customers of problems with shipments and work to find a resolution that is satisfactory to both the client and the Company
