THE ROLE

Scott Miller is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator for our Pittsford location. This position is a critical part of a multifaceted team who shares a love for service that goes above and beyond the expected in the beauty and wellness industries. We are looking for a kind, compassionate, multitasker who can offer a special perspective on client care.

  • Available to work up to 2 evenings and 1 weekend day per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bring a positive attitude to each guest and team interaction
  • Perform all front end functions including greeting guests, check-in, service support, check-out and scheduling appointments
  • Ensure that the highest levels of guest service are achieved throughout the Company
  • Client appointment care
  • Serve each client with thorough and consistent scheduling, consultations and customer care
  • Identify and understand client needs
  • Maintain complete knowledge of retail product offerings
  • Educate clients of Scott Miller service offerings

  • Know and showcase your understanding of the Scott Miller vision, mission, and values through your actions in the salon.

  • Work in collaboration with Scott Miller makeup artists, service providers, and fellow client relations coordinator team in order to provide impeccable service to our clients
  • Share and promote additional service and retail options, including gift certificates or promotions with each guest
