We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will provide administrative support to assist in managing client relationships and ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Local Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • No experience and fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with managing client inquiries, concerns and requests via email, phone, or in-person. Ensure timely and professional responses to client communications.
  • Organise and update client files and sales records.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by preparing necessary materials, setting up meetings and ensuring clients have all the information they need to get started.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
  • Help prepare reports for the sales team or management regarding sales performance, lead progress and client feedback.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas and take notes during client meetings as required.
