Overview Client Relations Executive helps build and maintain business-development relationships with key accounts and referral sources to improve patient access to care. The Client Relations Executive works together with all divisions of Capital Caring Health to support and enhance the brand by utilizing a professional business development process which contributes to the highest quality patient outcomes. Location: Falls Church, VA Schedule: Monday- Friday, occasional evenings and weekends for special events COVID-19 vaccine required to be completed upon start. Responsibilities The Client Relations Executive serves as a key ambassador to the public for all Capital Caring Health services. May be asked to rotate to other regions/departments. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred Experience Must have 3-5 years of professional sales experience, including account planning and profiling in an incentive environment. Healthcare related experience and experience in a related healthcare field (financial, hospital, long term care and assisted living) and familiarity with Medicare reimbursement (hospice, home health, HME) is desired. Driver's License Must have a driver's license in good standing and access to a vehicle during working hours.
