Now, we’re looking for a driven and proactive Client Relations Executive to join our Melbourne team and help support our venue partners and be part of the next exciting phase of our growth.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and personable Client Relations Executive to join our growing team. Based in Melbourne and working closely with our teams in Sydney and Melbourne, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our venue partners across Australia.
Reporting to the Head of Client Relations, you’ll work within our Host Team to ensure clients are onboarded effectively, supported consistently, and set up for long-term success with HeadBox. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role that blends account management, customer success, and operational support.
