CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER (BILINGUAL)

Progima is looking for a Client Relations Manager to support its development across Canada.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (native-level or equivalent required)
  • Comfortable communicating professionally in French, both spoken and written
  • Relevant experience in cold calling or inside sales
  • University degree or relevant training for the position
  • Confident speaking with senior executives (e.g., presidents, plant managers)
  • Experience in industrial or professional services sectors (an asset)
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and persuasion abilities
  • Autonomy, attention to detail, initiative, and strong organizational skills
  • Positive, ambitious, energetic, passionate, and results-driven attitude
  • Proficient with tools such as CRM systems, Eventbrite, Apollo, etc.
Responsibilities

As Progima continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a proactive, curious, and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting the growth of manufacturing companies. Working closely with our business development team, the Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for initiating contact and generating business opportunities with qualified prospects:

  • Identify and qualify new prospects in the manufacturing sector
  • Reach out to decision-makers (via phone, LinkedIn, and email) to spark interest, assess their needs, and uncover opportunities
  • Conduct structured follow-ups to maintain engagement with prospects
  • Transfer qualified leads to business development directors and technical experts
  • Document all interactions in the CRM and ensure proper information handoff
  • Contribute to monthly lead generation objectives
  • Produce sales performance dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Support the organization of conferences, promotional events, and marketing initiatives
