Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Manager who will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills to manage our client accounts and drive loyalty and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries, feedback, and needs efficiently. Develop and implement client relationship strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication of brand initiatives. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and assess their experience with our products and services. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and address any issues promptly to uphold our brand reputation. Organize and participate in events or promotions that engage our client base and build community. 3–5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably in fashion or retail. Outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple client accounts.
