Completing face-to-face meetings, video, and phone calls with clients: Making sure that customers are supported during the onboarding process; Working with product, support, compliance teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
Collecting documents: Ensuring clients meet the criteria for boarding, handling the process of account opening.
Responding to queries: Addressing inquiries and requests promptly through email and chat communication channels.
