QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in B2B client relations, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work setting, including light warehouse or showroom involvement.
  • Preferred industry experience in: Skincare, Health & Wellness, Med Spas, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Fitness, or related fields.
  • Experience with CRM systems and eCommerce platforms is a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a proactive Client Relations Manager to nurture key B2B accounts, drive client engagement, and support digital sales operations. This is a strategic, relationship-focused role—ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and is passionate about the health and wellness space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients—ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to service enhancements, process improvements, and product engagement strategies.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns and initiatives.
  • Deliver product training and guidance to help clients choose the right solutions.
  • Oversee and optimize eCommerce workflows supporting online sales.
