Job Summary: The Client Relations Officer is an expert in B:Side Capital’s financing options, particularly the SBA 504 and 7(a) loan programs, in addition to B:Side Fund’s direct loan offerings. Success in this role requires advanced SBA knowledge, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across all teams within the organization. The Client Relations Officer will build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, COIs, brokers and others in their market to help meet organizational objectives and continue to build brand awareness in the area.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required, or relevant work experience.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience within commercial and/or Small Business Administration lending or a related field.
