  • Nationality: Arabic (mandatory)
  • Experience: 3 to 8 years in business development or sales
  • Language: Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
  • IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT concepts, solutions, and industry terminology
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work Ethic: Smart, hardworking, confident, and result-oriented with a sincere attitude
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Advantageous: Experience in staffing/professional services industry is a plus

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Client relation representative who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, particularly within the staffing or professional services sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and target prospective clients across industries to expand our client base
  • Generate leads through various channels and convert them into revenue opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop long-term partnerships
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate staffing/IT service solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Prepare and deliver professional business presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
