Responsibilities of the Client Relations Specialist:

  • Meet with clients directly, building value in the products and services we offer, and presenting them with tailored solutions that meet their needs
  • Stay up to date with current products, promotions, and services to accurately assist clients and drive sales opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service by proactively identifying questions or concerns the client may have, and provide personalized solutions to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other Client Relations Specialists to develop and implement improved sales stratigies and customer service approach, aimed at boosting sales and improving customer retention
  • Keep detailed records of all sales transactions and client interactions to track sales performance and customer retention
  • Attend training sessions to build leadership skills, and learn the ins and outs of the business, working towards a future leadership role
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set for the Client Relations Specialist, while maintaining a professional presence within the community

Qualifications of the Client Relations Specialist:

  • Previous experience as a Client Relations Specialist, in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Student mentality with the desire to grow
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
