The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive client engagement, lead qualification, and account management. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.

At Science Care, we are committed to advancing medical science through our accredited whole body donor program. Our Client Relations Sales Specialists play a vital role in growing our business by building relationships with medical researchers, educators, and healthcare partners who rely on our services to improve the quality of life for people everywhere.
This role is sales-driven and focused on expanding Science Care’s reach through strategic prospecting, client segmentation, and relationship building to support revenue growth and diversification. The Client Relation Specialist will assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new and returning clients through direct and indirect client contacts and prospecting to help Science Care fulfill its vision to be the world’s leading whole body donor program advancing medical science to improve the quality of life for people everywhere.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience (cold calling, prospecting, closing deals).
  • Background in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
    · 1–3 years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience.
    · Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
    · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
    · Tech savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop and manage a pipeline of new and returning clients through targeted outreach, cold calling, networking, and follow-up.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and positioning Science Care’s services as value-add opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals, negotiate agreements, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

· Positively impact yield per donor while growing revenue diversification.

  • Represent the full range of Science Care’s services to prospective clients and partners.
  • Maintain accurate client data, activity tracking, and pipeline forecasting in the CRM system.

· Provide value add and solutions to clients.
· Ability to research new client opportunities through segmentation and data analysis.
· Multi-tasking skills and capable of handling many tasks at once and not losing attention to detail.
· Ensure compliance with Tissue Use policies and transportation/ distribution restrictions
· Ensure high level of detail in department for documentation, tracking, control, and record safekeeping.
· Self-motivated individual that adapts well in a quickly changing environment
· Team Player- ability to work well with others, collaborate on projects, put the team needs first.
· Work closely with management to recommend short- and long-term sales strategies and business development initiatives. These solutions may include increasing sales, increasing yield, and developing new products/services.
· Ability to work under deadline pressure.
· Maintain a high volume of daily outreach (calls, emails, virtual meetings) to engage prospective and existing clients.
· Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
