We’re looking for a Client Relations Specialist who will play a key role in shaping client experiences and ensuring strong, long-lasting partnerships. Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact point for clients, providing seamless communication and top-notch support. - Build and nurture trust-based, long-term relationships with clients. - Understand client needs deeply and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. - Handle client inquiries, requests, and feedback with speed, empathy, and professionalism. - Align client expectations with project deliverables, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every stage. - Provide regular updates, reports, and follow-ups throughout the project lifecycle. - Proactively assist in resolving concerns to maintain exceptional satisfaction and loyalty. - Contribute ideas and actions that enhance the client experience and strengthen our brand reputation. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field. - From 2-4 years of experience in Sales and client relations. - Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in design, real estate, or luxury industries). - Excellent command of English (written and spoken). - Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease Industry: Architecture & Design.
