We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist. This is an opportunity to be the vital first connection between families and their legacy planning journey. You’ll help us create and nurture client relationships, execute marketing and client service processes, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

• Ability to manage multiple scheduling platforms
• Experience generating and managing reports
• Skilled at organizing and maintaining digital files
• Proficient at managing multiple email communications
• Comfortable with video conferencing platforms

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in consultative sales or client relations
• Proven track record of building long-term client relationships
• Experience in service-based sales (financial services, professional services preferred)
• Demonstrated success in consultation or appointment setting
• History of achieving conversion goals while maintaining high service standards
