JOB DESCRIPTION
The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for:
Providing a consistent and high level of service to new applicants
Contacting new applicants and prospective clients
Speaking to candidates in order to review the information they provided as part of their application
Conducting a qualifying interview that delves into their professional background and accomplishments in order to make sure they are eligible for our organization
Cultivating a relationship with candidates by building rapport and trust
Presenting program options to newly accepted candidates as well as extending (and explaining) product and service offering
Managing client relationships by continually following up with members to learn more about recent activities and achievements
REQUIREMENTS
Each day the Client Relations Specialist will speak to a plethora of diverse professionals. Therefore, it’s imperative that the candidate is patient, motivated, well spoken, and has good diction. It’s also important that the candidate is educated and able to speak intelligently on wide variety of topics. Additionally, the candidate must have the following qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of professional experience
Candidates that have a background in the following industries or job functions are preferred: Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, Client Relations
Must be fluent in English
Superior communication skills are necessary
Must be able to use and navigate a CRM system to help manage client relations (we will train you on this)
Previous use of any CRM software is a huge plus
Desire to work hard and succeed
Be outgoing and engaging as to build rapport and a rock solid relationship with clients
Basic technological skills - must be able to use the Internet for basic job functions
Basic proficiency in MS word is expected as well
Being able to type efficiently is an important preferred skill
