Description

We are seeking a professional Client Relationship Advisor to join a client-facing team supporting corporate and individual clients with advisory, portfolio follow-up and relationship management. The role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships, delivering clear guidance on client solutions, and supporting growth of an advisory portfolio in a professional services context. This position suits a collaborative, customer-oriented advisor who is organised, comfortable running client meetings and presentations, and experienced in managing client portfolios or accounts. Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate and individual clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, coordinating internally to deliver timely and accurate responses. Prepare and present client proposals, advice notes and solution summaries. Lead informational sessions and workshops for client groups and stakeholders. Ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up on client actions and commitments. Monitor client accounts and performance indicators, escalating risks or opportunities to management. Support commercial outreach and prospecting activities to expand the client base. Collaborate with colleagues across technical, service and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Requirements Several years of experience in client advisory, account management or portfolio servicing (e.g., professional services, financial services, benefits administration, or consulting). Strong communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Customer-centric approach with proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities. Comfort leading meetings and delivering group presentations. Proactive, solution-driven and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Fluency in French (C1) and professional level of English required; additional language skills are advantageous.
