Duties Support for quotation request: * Assist client with proposal forms * Ensure CDD process is completed * Communicate with underwriting department, processing and accounting team * Assist in finalizing the insurance contract * Review of underwriting information provided Monitoring of Departmental Processes: * Submission of quotation * Submission of KYC and CDD Documents * Submission of policy documents * Follow up of premium payment * Assist in process improvement Candidate's Profile * Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent * Have at least 2 years' working experience in the insurance sector * Excellent analytical and numeracy skills * Presentation and communication skills (written and oral) * Ability to build strong interpersonal connections * Ability to operate under pressure and within tight deadlines * Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel The Company reserves the right: 1.
