Job Description Own and nurture long-term client relationships, emphasising trust, satisfaction, and ongoing partnership with BryteSight. Maintain regular strategic check-ins and planning discussions with clients. Collaborate with Brytesight Project Managers and technical teams to stay updated on project progress and proactively address relationship concerns. Advocate for clients internally while representing BryteSight’s value and capabilities externally. Identify opportunities for renewals, expansions, and additional services based on client needs, timing, and business goals. Support sales activities through account planning and proposals, highlighting long-term value. Monitor overall client health, satisfaction, and engagement, intervening early when risks or issues emerge. Help identify, prospect, establish and progress relationships with industry partners; specifically Owner’s Representatives / Project Managers, Architects, and General Contractors, with the goal of securing new work with and from them. Secure new meetings for projects and partner relationships to expand and grow the company. Develop methods for prospecting new deals, leads, and project opportunities for pursuit. Stay connected with your assigned markets and relationships to build your pipeline of projects and revenue. Attend industry events, get involved in industry organizations to deepen relationships and keep Brytesight Brand visible and top of mind in your market(s) and the industry. Represent Brytesight in a professional manner that maintains or enhances Brytesight's brand value and reputation. Keep accurate CRM and account records, documenting relationship insights, growth opportunities, and client feedback. Translate technical outcomes into value conversations, helping clients recognise ROI without managing technical details. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred) Experience in account management, relationship management, ideally within technology or professional services Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and long-term trust Strong understanding of sales cycles, renewals, and account growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly driven and a self-starter Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across teams Ability to collaborate closely with Project Managers while remaining separate from project execution Client-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Additional Information Compensation dependent upon experience.
