(DHi) is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to manage client interactions, provide support to account teams, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will track client requests, communicate updates, and assist in service delivery initiatives. This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries. Schedule meetings and track client deliverables. Support onboarding and client engagement initiatives. Administrative Support Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership. Assist with internal team coordination and account support. Reporting & Compliance Generate client reports and engagement metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with client services, operations, and sales teams. Support leadership in process improvement initiatives and client programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in client services, account support, or administrative coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential client information responsibly. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting government contracting or defense clients. Familiarity with client onboarding and engagement processes.
