We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Director to join our team based in Luxembourg,, and this role could be for you! In this position you will build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across designated clients, ensuring clear communication channels and a deep understanding of their priorities and business needs. What you’ll do You'll attract, retain and grow our book of strategic Tier-1 & 2 clients whilst taking accountability for the successful execution of the client strategy You'll lead client account planning and growth initiatives, driving revenue through up-selling, commercial collaboration, and coordinated strategic reviews, while acting as the senior escalation point for top-tier clients. You'll oversee client relationship management globally, including legal documentation, SLA compliance, KPI monitoring, and CRM updates, ensuring operational excellence and accurate pipeline tracking. You'll manage client retention and profitability, developing remediation plans for at-risk or underperforming accounts, escalating risks appropriately, and ensuring lockup periods stay within financial thresholds. You'll champion business development and team culture, identifying new service opportunities, supporting portfolio expansion, and promoting IQ-EQ’s values of entrepreneurship, collaboration, and mutual respect. Qualifications Previous experience in private equity fund accounting and administration You have experience, and enjoy, managing client relationships, accounts, and internal stakeholders You have led accounting operations teams, with leadership experience (preferred but not required) You possess a solid understanding of fund accounting principles (preferred but not required) You bring strong interpersonal and operational skills that support both client service and team performance.
