JOB OVERVIEW:

A Client Relationship Executive is responsible for managing communication between clients, lenders and our brokers within our Motor Department whilst managing and maintaining an excellent client experience throughout the payout process. The role typically involves working with both new and existing clients, creating and preparing documentation for customers to sign, and ensuring that service expectations are met or exceeded.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to build rapport with clients, lenders and brokers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to help customers achieve their goals, whether personally or commercially.
  • Organisation and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
  • Experience: Typically, 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers, and lenders throughout the document processing and payout stages
  • To develop and nurture relationships with our customers to uphold our exceptional 5-star Trustpilot rating
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs and timescales are understood and met
  • Ensure that all customer documentation is created and produced efficiently and submitted to our lenders in a compliant manner, in line with company procedures
  • Address client concerns and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with lenders and share best practices
  • Keep the company CRM system (Salesforce) up-to-date at all times
  • Professionally handle phone and email communications
