This role is all about delivering exceptional client service and supporting our sales teams to build strong, lasting relationships. What you’ll be doing: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and supporting Client Directors Coordinating and resolving client enquiries by working with experts across the business Providing technical support and understanding client objectives and decision-making processes Preparing meeting packs for client meetings and new business pitches Attending virtual client meetings, recording notes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed Working on projects, initiatives and data analysis for the EMEA client management team Building knowledge of LGIM products, services, competitors and market trends Maintaining excellent working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Ideally degree qualified (IMC desirable) Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Knowledge of investment markets and economic issues Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Good organisational skills and attention to detail Proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative Proficiency in IT tools, especially MS Office Experience in client service or sales support within financial services (desirable) Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
