Description:

This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (4-8 days in our Cardiff office per month), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and 11% pension from the second year!
Salary : Starting at £22,500 - £23,500
There is an opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses up to a max of 4% of your salary every quarter.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role you will be part of a team of 10 other Client Relationship Executives and will be responsible for your own portfolio of endorsed businesses.
You will split your time between supporting your portfolio with how to make the most out of the endorsement, engaging with them through a regular contact strategy and encouraging them to drive more customer reviews, as well as applying for our coveted Trader of the Month or Project of the Month awards.
The other part of your role will include educating your Traders on how to remain compliant with our scheme, this will involve ensuring we have up to date documents on file, including insurance and business documents, as well as supporting your accounts with complaints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing a portfolio of endorsed accounts to ensure they receive an effective and engaging service via our contact strategy, supporting them in making the most use out of their Which? Trusted Trader endorsement to enable us to reach our 90% retention target
  • To educate your accounts to utilise the use of the Which? Trusted Traders logo, their profile page, and drive consumer reviews to help reduce consumer detriment across the UK
  • Proactively supporting your accounts with any compliance tasks such as providing updated insurance, ensuring business information is up to date, and supporting with complaints

To be considered for this role, you would need to have:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Experience with providing value to clients to ensure a successful ongoing relationship via emails and calls
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Consistent ability to manage a busy administrative workload, and to meet or exceed set targets and KPI
