In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong, long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support strategic business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and business needs. Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and additional services. Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, providing insights and recommendations. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in client relationship management or account management. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
