You will play a key role in understanding client needs, coordinating project execution, and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction. Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and strategic guidance. Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. Anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations to enhance results. Prepare regular reports, presentations, and performance reviews to track progress and ensure transparency. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in client management, account management, or business development. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with a strong ability to build trust and credibility. Proven organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
