Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining consistent, professional communication. Monitor project progress, ensuring client requirements, expectations, and timelines are met. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and accountability. Provide strategic recommendations and tailored solutions based on client needs and organizational objectives. Coordinate with internal departments to streamline client onboarding, updates, and deliverables. Identify areas for improvement within client accounts to support retention and long-term growth. Prepare and deliver client reports, updates, and performance summaries as needed. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under structured timelines.
