About Us:
We are a fast-growing international recruiting agency specializing in talent acquisition for the Gulf region (GCC countries) — including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. Our main focus is on hospitality, beauty (salons, spas, aesthetics), and healthcare sectors.
We connect top talent from around the world with leading employers in the Middle East — and we’re looking for a driven Business Developer to help us grow our client base.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively search for new clients (companies looking to hire).
• Make ~50 calls and send ~100 emails per day to prospective clients.
• Present CareerLand’s recruitment services and close new contracts.
• Maintain CRM records of outreach and responses.
• Once you bring in clients, you may also work as a recruiter on open roles.

Compensation:
$300 commission for each new client you bring in (no cap).
Opportunity to earn more by working as a recruiter after client acquisition.
Full-time, commission-only (no base salary).

Who You Are:

• Self-driven and highly motivated to earn based on performance.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls + emails).
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or B2B outreach is a plus.
• Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus).
