About the Role As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring the delivery of premium service across all interactions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence while acting as the key point of contact and trusted advisor for your clients. This role combines relationship management, strategic client engagement, and operational oversight, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building strong partnerships and delivering meaningful outcomes.   Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of fee-paying clients * Understand client objectives and anticipate needs to deliver exceptional service * Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service delivery matters * Lead regular client meetings and maintain high levels of engagement and satisfaction Strategic & Commercial Focus * Support client retention and contribute to achieving revenue targets * Identify opportunities to provide additional services and add value to clients * Manage client contracts, service level agreements and fee discussions * Contribute to account planning and strategic initiatives Operational Delivery * Coordinate internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects * Oversee key client activities including shareholder communications and Annual General Meetings (AGMs) * Ensure client issues and queries are resolved within agreed service levels * Manage invoicing and ensure timely recovery of client fees and disbursements Collaboration & Leadership * Work closely with Client Relationship Assistant Managers to deliver exceptional client outcomes * Collaborate with internal teams across the organisation to support client projects * Contribute to the development and growth of the broader Client Services team Governance & Risk * Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations * Maintain strong operational controls and risk management practices * Support reporting relating to client queries, complaints and service delivery About You We’re looking for a relationship-focused professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys delivering high-quality service.
