  • Proven track record of exceeding individual revenue targets in a sales or account management role.
  • Demonstrable experience in generating demand, negotiating, and closing sales to meet targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously with ease.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for different audiences.
  • Confident in presenting and leading Executive-level meetings.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
  • Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be the key player in driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships. This role requires you to become a subject matter expert on your clients’ businesses, develop deep expertise in the eCommerce sector, and collaborate across multiple teams and regions. If you enjoy thinking strategically, acting globally, and working closely with senior stakeholders in a highly commercial role, this opportunity is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revenue Growth: Drive significant revenue growth across your client portfolio by identifying and converting sales opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to uncover business challenges and demonstrate the value of Flixmedia’s services.
  • Client Retention: Protect and enhance client retention by helping stakeholders unlock insights from rich data sets.
  • Service Adoption: Leverage analysis to drive the adoption of additional services from the Flixmedia product suite.
  • Day-to-Day Engagement: Surprise and delight clients by keeping them informed on campaign progress and leading performance reviews.
  • Strategic Relationships: Forge key strategic relationships within assigned brands to reach all budget holders.
  • High-Level Meetings: Prepare and lead regular face-to-face meetings between clients and Flixmedia Executives.
  • Trusted Advisor: Be a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues, managing key internal relationships to effectively prioritise client needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Ownership: Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring Salesforce CRM is maintained and up-to-date.
