This is a fully office-based role.
Your new role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring a consistently high level of service. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, proactively manage enquiries, and deliver solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships.This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy, client-focused environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a number of clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, requests, and service-related matters.
- Conduct regular client reviews to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and within agreed service standards.
- Manage a high volume of client communication via telephone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Resolve client queries and concerns promptly, escalating where necessary.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver effective solutions and excellent customer outcomes.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, retention, and growth.
- Maintain accurate client records and management information.
- Support business development initiatives through referrals, cross-selling, and relationship expansion opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
