The Role

We're hiring a Client Relationship / Account Manager to own communication with everyone who uses Legaline. You'll be the first point of contact for new users, guiding them through onboarding and helping them get real value from the platform quickly - from account setup and verification to their first successful engagement.

This is a front-line, high-ownership role: you'll build relationships, resolve questions, gather feedback, and make sure every user feels supported at every stage of their journey.

What You'll Do

Act as the primary point of contact for all platform users - handling inbound questions across chat, email, and calls with speed and care
Guide new users through onboarding: registration, verification, profile setup, and first steps on the platform
Proactively follow up with users to ensure successful activation and continued engagement
Support users throughout their platform journey - from first contact to completed engagements - coordinating with internal teams where needed
Collect, structure, and relay user feedback to product and operations teams to improve the platform experience
Help develop onboarding materials, FAQs, and guides
Track key relationship metrics (activation, engagement, satisfaction, retention) and flag at-risk accounts early
Represent the voice of the user internally and the voice of Legaline externally

What We're Looking For

2- 4 years of experience in account management, customer success, client relations, or a similar client-facing role (experience in a marketplace, SaaS, fintech, or professional services environment is a plus)
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills - you're clear, warm, and professional
Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Genuinely people-oriented: patient, empathetic, and energized by helping others succeed
Organized and self-driven - able to manage many relationships and follow-ups in parallel without dropping threads
Comfortable working with digital platforms and learning new tools quickly
Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai

Nice to Have

Familiarity with the UAE business or legal services landscape
Experience onboarding users onto a two-sided marketplace or B2B platform
Experience working with CRM and support tools (HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, or similar
