Key Responsibilities

• Drive permanent and short-stay admissions to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage enquiries from initial contact through to admission using the enquiry management system.
• Deliver engaging care home tours and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and local community partners.
• Plan and deliver local marketing initiatives, networking opportunities and events.
• Work closely with the Home Manager to develop and deliver sales and marketing plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting across all sales systems.
• Support and mentor managers and colleagues in enquiry handling and admissions best practice.
• Develop knowledge of care funding, CQC requirements and the local care market to provide informed guidance to prospective residents.

About You

You'll be a confident relationship builder with a proven background in sales and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll ideally have:

• A successful track record in sales or admissions management.
• Experience within the care sector (preferred but not essential).
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of occupancy targets.
• Experience in networking, community engagement and event planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• A compassionate, professional approach with a genuine commitment to supporting residents and their families.
