An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at First Mortgage as a Full Time Client Relationship Manager and/or Trainee Mortgage Adviser in the Stockport area. Whether your long term aspirations are to become an adviser or not, there is a role here for you.

We work in partnership with Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) which are a nationally recognized mortgage broker Partnership, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Mortgage Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic, small and growing team here in the Stockport Office. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to clients seeking mortgage and protection solutions, helping them navigate the complexities of the homebuying and remortgage process. Your ability to assess client needs, cross sell financial products and offer tailored financial advice will be essential in building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage clients applications through to completion and beyond
• Provide clear and comprehensive information regarding the clients status of the application stage
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulations, and lending criteria with the help of a senior mortgage broker team with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication throughout the mortgage process.
• Actively work the pipeline of clients and go the extra mile to ensure that the client is able to move into their new home as quickly as possible.
• Use initiate to ensure that you are busy, organized and delivering 5 star service at every point of the customers journey
• Collaborate with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Telephony skills and working as part of a small team is key to being successful in the role
  You will have access to a fantastic, organic and warm lead source. This is one of the huge strengths of the business model here at FirstMortgage and we are immensely proud of of lead sourcing abilities. The leads that come into our business are second to none. Although you will not be interviewing clients, you are responsible for booking the client meetings and asking them to gather the correct documentation for the broker to assist the client the best that they can. There is no cold calling.

THE ROLE

Your role is to fully support a team of highly qualified mortgage and protection advisers in the Stockport office. You will be professional, proactive and deliver a 5 star service
We have a superb infrastructure in place to provide this 5 star service to clients, including excellent administration and back office support which you will be a key part of. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of getting things right first time, providing professional and quality service too.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000 base salary with a potential to earn as a package £32,000 per year overall in your first year.
