About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) resource you will be required to work Full Time in our Brisbane Office (CBD), during the operating hours of Mon-Fri (8:30am-5pm). You will need to provide consistent superior client service and provide high quality support and assistance to Financial Advisers and be a part of the support team to deliver client outcomes for PSK Private Wealth. 

Your work day will compose of the following tasks & responsibilities, such as;

• Being the first point of contact with client queries by telephone, face to face and email.
• Ensuring the maintenance and compliance of client files in the XPLAN database.
• Managing administrative functions by prioritising the daily workload and adhering to business workflow protocols. Including the accurate preparation of review, implementation and annual agreement documentation.
