Description

Somer.iq is seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Relationship Manager in Dubai to manage high-value and highly qualified Iraqi clients interested in real estate investments. This role involves guiding clients through the entire buying process when landing in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in client management, real estate sales, and content creation for business promotion.
Compensation: base salary + performance-based bonus structure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience in client relationship management and real estate sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to create professional video content for marketing and brand awareness.
  • Based in Dubai, with a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with Iraqi clients seeking real estate investments in UAE (mostly Dubai).
  • Arrange and accompany clients to meetings with real estate developers.
  • Negotiate and close property deals while maintaining high levels of professionalism and trust.
  • Create high-quality videos for marketing and business promotion.
  • Work closely with the Somer.iq team to align sales strategies and customer engagement efforts.
