Their services include multi-network fuel cards, bulk fuel delivery, telematics, toll payment solutions, VAT reclaim, ferry bookings, and breakdown assistance — all designed to streamline operations and reduce costs for fleet operators.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with an existing portfolio of B2B clients. You will promote and sell a wide range of services, including fuel cards and additional mobility solutions such as Telematics, Road Tolls, Ferry Crossings, VAT Reclaim, and Breakdown Assistance. This role combines client retention, business development, and consultative sales to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in Client Relationship Management, client services, or B2B sales (preferably within fuel, fleet, logistics, or transport industries).
  • Strong understanding of fuel card products and mobility services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to and advising senior decision-makers in a professional setting.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency with MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised.
  • Full clean driving licence: travel to client sites may be required.
