We’re seeking a Relationship Manager – North America to join our Client Success Team.
The Relationship Manager is a proactive, results-driven individual who is motivated and experienced in nurturing strategic client relationships. You’ll act as a consultant, advisor, and advocate, nurturing current and prospective clients to maximize value from our solutions, guiding them on best practice workflows, and ensuring their voices shape EDT’s product innovation and service delivery.
Relationship Managers also actively participate in growing the EDT business by identifying and developing new opportunities.
